 S - yoghurt w S/F applesauce and Holy Crap cereal

 L - turkey kielbasa and 3 crackers. large lemon ginger tea

 S - pear and cheddar, 2nd coffee

 D - chicken taco soup from Costco (ready-made ... never tried it before)

 

Please tell me somebody's going south for some sun - I need to bask in your sunlight for a few minutes. Soooo done with gloom and cold ...

I hear you. I just had to tell myself no work no money or I would just go back to bed and keep warm. I am heading south on Friday and it could happen too soon!

Hi Lizzie!  Going to post my recipe for "Low Carb Chicken soup" later today(?) on Karen's "recipe" listing.  After, I make the meat loaves I didn't get around to yesterday.  LOL

 

B - Premier choc shake + 1 T Flaxseed

S - 1 Piller's turkey bites sausage

L - 1 Oz tuna mixed w/ 1/4 c. 2% cottage cheese + 1/4 c. Edamame beans

D - 1 fillet wild pacific salmon + 30g broccoli + 1 T flaxseed

S - 1 stick Mozz cheese string

TOTALS:    648 CAL;    18G CARB;    25G FAT;    89G PROT;    10G FIBER

Good afternoon, everyone!

Today was a crazy morning at work, so just getting to tracking my food and it's already lunchtime!

Here's my plan for today:

B - 1/4+1/8 cup greek yogurt, 1/4 cup strawberries, 1/8 cup All Bran buds, SF peach syrup.

S - 1/2 Pure Protein bar

L - 1/2 cup chili, 1 tbsp. sour cream, 3 pieces whole wheat melba toast, 1/2 cup spinach salad (with grape tomatoes, 2 tsp. oil and 1 tbsp. balsalmic vinegar)

S - Babybell Gouda Cheese, Premier Protein shake later on

D - 2 poached eggs with salsa, 1/4 cup carrots

S - 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. protein powder, 1 pack Splenda

Totals - 968 calories, 69g carbs, 37g fat, 99g protein

i have a kidney stone that just keeps moving in and out of the ureter, and it is driving me nuts.
