OT - Almond Milk
Hi, I have some Almond Breeze milk (the stuff found in the baking aisle) and it's been open for a while (the expiry date hasn't been reached yet). How do you know if it's gone bad? Do you just use the expiry date, or is there a way to tell? I just don't want to use it if it's bad, but would like to use it up if it's still good. I have been craving cereal lately, and regular milk and I do not agree :o(

You need to use open Almond Breeze (if you peeled off the inner silver tab) within 7 to 10 days. It says so on the box. I've had stuff I had forgotten about in the fridge and opened in two weeks later and it had gone green.... not pleasant. If it's within a week or so, it should be fine, but like Tracey said, make sure to shake it well first.
