Sugar free things while on Optifast

So I read we can have sugar free popsicles or Jello, how many per day and has anyone found any good ones?

Some centres put a limit on the number of extra calories per day;  TWH doesn't.  SF Jello does have some calories, I think 5 per premade cup and 40 in the whole pouch that you mix yourself.

The only place I've found SF freezies was The Low Carb Grocery Srore in Markham.  Unfortunately, I found half the flavours in the package didn't taste very good.  But, they might be better than nothing.  The blue and purple freezies are tasty.

I've never seen SF popsicles anywhere.

I prefer orange, lime, and raspberry SF Jello myself.

 my Dr said, clear tea, coffee, water with crystal light mia, SF sweetners broth, 1 cup max per day of  cucumber, broccoli, celery, green pepper,or iceberg lettuce, + 4 OPTIFASTS can flavour them with sf sweetners  I found a great syrup, Torino comes in great flavours, just had chocolate optifast with ice and peanut butter sf flavouring, tastes like peanut butter cup. Did not mention jello or popsicles, but I guess u could make your own with crystal light

Sorry,2 cups of veg and sf syrups is called Torani

Through Ottawa it's a max of 20 cal/day on top of Opti.  No veggies.... I would so give my left arm for a cup of veggies right now;)
