Food is making me bonkers lately! I've been so busy it's been hard to sit down and plan but today is all planned out and ready to go since I am working the day at my daughter's preschool. Trying hard to get a full day of calories in today.
B - Premier Protein Shake
L - Turkey and provolone roll ups with cucumber slices.
S - Silhouette Vanilla Twist Greek Yogurt
D - Homemade Fish Taco's made with Basa Filet
S - Lemon Coconut Simply Bar

YAY!!! It's only one pound but, it's a NEW number today!! I was pretty much "on the go" yesterday...must have burned off some calories?!?! LOL
B - Premier choc shake + 1 T flaxseed
S - 1 Baby Bell Lite
L - 1 c. low carb chx soup + 1/4 c. Edamame beans
D - 2 oz cooked Chx breast + 30g broccoli + 1 T flaxseed
TOTALS: 529 CAL; 18G CARB; 18G FAT; 75G PROT; 11G FIBER

Good morning! I finally made it on here at the beginning of my day - I've missed that!
Here's my plan for the day:
B - 3/8 cup greek yogurt, 1/8 cup all bran buds, 1/2 cup blackberries/raspberries, SF greek yogurt
S - 1/2 pure protein bar
L - 1/2 can tuna, 1 tbsp. mayo, mustard, 3 pieces melba toast, 1/2 cup spinach salad (with cucumbers, tomatoes, and 1 tbsp. balsalmic dressing).
S - Babybell gouda cheese, premier protein shake later on
D - 1/2 cup chili, 1 tbsp. sour cream
S - 1/ SF pudding cup, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, 1 tbsp. protein powder
Totals - 912 calories, 75g carbs, 29g fat, 99g protein

I'm exhausted today. Ended up with a migraine last night and conked out. Only my fourth since surgery, so not terrible (I used to get at least two a month). I feel groggy today. Having a playdate at McDonald's for dinner. Going with the Tuscan Grilled Chicken salad and no cranberries. Also going to coffee with the Scarborough group. :-)

Totals are crazy today. Too much protein!!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
