Another Ah ha moment

I just read a post by another member and she mentioned she was five weeks post op, I remember when she had her surgery and it seems like yesterday, I will be having my surgery in 5 weeks (well just over) hopefully if goes as fast as the past 5 weeks.

And Dr. Klein is excellent and extremely friendly as well. (he did a hernia repair for me post op)

Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.

Hi smarkone,

I too am awaiting my surgery....but, mine is in Ottawa at the Civic Hospital Dr. Mamazza on Friday April 12, 2013.

I am currently taking the OPTIFAST meal replacements....which I am finding hard....Monday April 1st is my 11th day on this stuff...so i'm slowly getting there.

as for the surgery.... my friend didn't do too bad....but, I have fibromyalgia...and I do not do well with pain from that and my degenerative spine and osteoarthritis.
