Day 1 of Opti down, 13 to go!
Well the final 2 week countdown is underway. Have watched and lived the stories of other on this board, can't believe mine is launching! Thanks for all the help along the way!

Today was my last day of Opti. Surgery is tomorrow. It wasn't as bad as I convinced myself it would be. I had moments of hunger but for the most part it wasn't that hard. You can do it. Keep focused on the prize.

Yup...day 1 was fine, don't mind the taste (chocolate is better) and no headache as I had already gotten ride of caffeine, pop, etc. out of my daily routine. Moving on!

Today was my first day of Opti Aswell!!! 13 more days....wasnt as bad as I though...Ill get back to on on day 10 tho haha

Nov 2- Social app Nov 26/27 Nutrition Class/ Psycho Feb 1 Dietitian March 15- surgeon
April 29 2013- Surgery

I am on day 14 of Opti and it isn't that bad! You guys can do it! Stay focused on the prize! I keep telling myself Short term pain for long term gain!!!! ( or loss) lol Good Luck on your journey!
