Optifast finally figured it out
So on day 5 of Optifast I finally got my 4 in, I really cant stand the stuff especially the vanilla so I decided to mix them together and tada I don't mind it, so for today i mixed all 4 of my shakes in a blender separated them in 4 containers and took 3 to work I actually drank one on the way and 2 while at work, saved the last for later at home. I did try the vanilla with decaf coffee but that took me everything I had to get that down. I might just actually get through this....lol

Thinking of you....wondering how I can get through it. I know someone who added Crystal light to the vanilla....are we allowed to do that?
