I am a week and a few days out of surgery (May 2) and would love to attend these support meetings. Are there any in Scarborough?

There is one that meets Thursdays (Kennedy and Eglinton) ... I am not positive of the time .... I want to go but I can't until my kid's T-ball finishes next month.

Actually we meet at Kennedy Commons (Kennedy and Ellesmere, just off the 401). At the Starbucks in Chapters. We meet at 7. There have been a few times when people couldn't make it, so no meeting, but that hasn't happened in a long time.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

There is also the meeting of the Toronto East Enders at the Friendly Greek (Carlaw and Danforth) every 2nd Tuesday and 4th Monday of the month. Next one is this Tuesday May 14th at 7:30 if you want to join in - great group!
