I am really happy for you....I would also love to say I run marathons etc.....runners bodies always look so lean....but my knees and hips wouldn't be able to handle it either
Riding your bike is wonderful exercise...as is walking...swimming....things that get us moving and our heart pumping....there are so many things I just DO now that I would have shuddered at pre-surgery....
You have done so well......and the fact that you are getting yourself out there again after your surgery and illness is fantastic.....
