Probiotics
This is for people *****gularly purchase supplements. I have no problem buying vitamins but many of the products in health food stores and such are not regulated.
Do you have any suggestions on tried and true brands that you respect?
In the last 4 months I have been on some pretty brutal does of antibiotics and think I need an antidote

I started on Align a week ago. Seems to have started working. But again, it's only been a week.
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

I used to buy Jamieson 4 strain but they stopped making them or at least none of our drugstores have them. I have bought the Jamieson 30 billion active cells ones and they work well. I took them for about 2 months to get things working well and have not needed any since.
