What a dreary day. So it is off to work I go. Need to get more exercise. I found I was sitting too much yesterday then stiff when I stood up. So will try to stretch today.

Late this morning.....my eating is all over the place on vacation.....but here is what I hope to have today
STEPS: 10800 yesterday
Eats for Maintenance
B - 2 large mugs of regular coffee
Premier protein shake
S - 1 large ham/cheese roll up
L - hamburger...all fixins...no bun
D - grilled salmon
small green salad
1/4 cup of mashed potatoes
couple of green beans
glass of Merlot
S - glass of merlot
6 triscuits with 1 oz cheddar
S - Weigh****chers frozen bar
MYFITENSSPAL totals for the above menu are: Calories - 1,613, Carbs - 82 grams, Fat - 76 grams, Protein - 116 grams
