Blood labs for 3 month check up

I have my requisition for my blood work for my 3 month check up at TWH.  It doesn't say anywhere on it if you have to fast for this bloodwork. Does anyone who has recently had their 3 month check remember if they had to fast prior to blood work? I will call in the morning but just wondering...

Nevermind!!!! After re-reading the form for the 5th time I just found the spot where they ticked fasting!!  Sorry about that!
