I closed my eyes and held my nose and gulped that stuff down! It wasn't too bad, just the after taste...yuck.

I was just wondering, can we take our vits with the opti?

try it really cold but use a straw, then you don't have to smell it. Worth a shot

Good for you Lisa I am day 2 on Opti and thank god for sugar free Jello

I did not take vitamins while on it. Somewhere I read that it is not good to b taking vit C which will be in your multi.

Check your centre rules. I recall there were even several vitamins and pulls they wanted me to stop while on opti before surgery

My Surgery is August 2nd!

I suppose they would go over that with you in the Nutrition class? Right now I am only taking Calcium, Vit D and my multi.
