Weight stalls

I'm 5 weeks post op today and did not lose a pound! My weight stayed at the same number all week! It's frustrating! I did start to introduce soft foods to my pouch, maybe that's causing the no loss?

When did you hit a stall?

Unfortunately it's just a part of the journey. I'm 4 months out, have lost between 76-82 lbs ( depending on the day I step on the scales ) and have virtually been stalled for 3 weeks now ( other than the 6 lbs that keep fluctuating up and down ). Am I frustrated? Ohhh yeah!! However I also know there isn't a lot I can do to control the scales as I follow all the rules to a T already. My solution is to try to stay away from the scales and focus instead on all of the NSV's I've experienced in the past 4 months.
