Good morning all. If you are looking for something to do tonight, Taste of the Danforth is on. Tonight at 9:00pm a band called under the Covers is on. It has Jamie the CP24 weather guy but also my wonderful daughter on keyboard and vocals. The stage is just west of Pape. So a lot of walking today for me

Good morning! Today I'm at work for the morning, then going to go for a run. Tonight we're taking the kids to a BBQ put on by their daycare - should be fun!
Here's my eating plan for the day (trying to add some more food into meals and reduce snacking, particularly at night).
B - 1 slice P28 bread, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, 1/2 cup greek yogurt with berries, 1/2 tbsp. skinny b, and SF syrup.
S - Pure protein bar (may not need this but put in totals just in case)
L - 1/2 cup chili, 1 tbsp. sour cream, 1 cup spinach salad with 1 tbsp. hemp hearts and 1 tbsp. balsalmic dressing.
S - Cheesestring (herb/garlic), 2 turkey pepperettes
D - 150g chicken strips, 2 tbsp. pesto sauce, jello SF pudding.
S - SF Jello, 1/2 cup cottage cheese with splenda/cinnamon
Totals - 1577 calories, 101g carbs, 71g fat, 143g protein '
