Can't believe I am the one starting this at 10:00 am. Where is everyone!

Guess you all slept in like me

b. greek yogurt, blueberries

l. chili, peach

s. pur protein bar

d chicken and salad and some veg

cal 712, carb 68 prot 57. 

going to have to add some protein in there somewhere

Opti Day 15 of 27 

Struggle to get in three shakes today - I have no appetite and need to get more water in too. 

Not cheating but not getting all 4 in.  Today will probably be 3 as well - tomorrow I will try for the full 4.

I only did three the whole time. If you are not hungry I would not worry about it. Just get fluids in so you do not get dehyrated. Good luck
