I had p28 bread and light peanut butter at 5:15 before my run. Might have an omelet later. Steak leftovers for lunch and chicken legs for dinner. Protein over 100. Cottage tomorrow

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
Hey Pat! I was away at Mom & Me Brownie camp with my daughter this weekend. I tracked everything on my app as I had my smartphone, but it's too tough to type on it.
We had a great time - and a bit NSV for me was doing a high ropes course. I would never have done that at camp last year!
My eating was okay - more carbs than I'd like and I did have a couple of treats, too - back to my regular eating plan and posting tomorrow!
