Why didn't anyone tell us about stretching our stoma? That's really scary!

I recognize that this is going to be a toughy for me, I'll do it of course but I think it will be sort of like a smoker just naturally grabbing for a ciggie.

Tx for sharing, I had sort of tucked it away somewhere deep in my grey matter (probably trying to avoid it)

I have been struggling with the drinking during/right after myself. This helps to really put it in perspective. Last night I paid attention. We always have be on top of our game-protein, vitamins, fluids and "the rules". It is a fulltime job but worth it.
