Who truly enjoys the Opti??? lololol

We got to try some at the nutrition class and seriously I wanted to ask for seconds! I loved it just as it was....nothing else added.

I also LOVE baby food so I expect the pureed stage will be fairly enjoyable as well. bwahahahaaa

Why do people find Opti sooo terrible???

I enjoyed opti very much. It was tough the first couple days. But I thought they were easier to drink than most people think.

First - in this place - you will never be alone for any subject......lmao........and I LOVED opti as well, I would have stayed on that stuff for life...4 weeks didn't seem enough....lmao

Glad you enjoyed it, I pity those who gagged on it, poor things!

I thought vanilla Opti flavoured with Da Vinci SF syrup is infinitely tastier than any flavoured or unflavoured protein shake I've tried so far.

I loved the stuff.....but I also love protein shakes, every one I've tried so far anyhow, and feel very fortunate that my buds enjoy the taste!!! 4 1/2 months out, 87 lbs down and absolutely no hair loss to date and I attribute both to meeting 100% of my protein needs 100% of the time!!

My husband LOVED it. He thought it was like a Tim Horton's ice capp.

He went through Guelph and was disappointed after surgery to step down to broth. During that time he really missed the Optifast.

I find on OH here, once a poster has a negative Optifast post on here, a few more tend to follow. I don't know sometimes if it is just the psychological implications for some.  You know, the feeling of deprivation.

A girl after my own heart!  I enjoyed the opti phase so much, and I had no problem with baby food, the meat was my protein for a little while.

I'll let you know tomorrow as I start my Optifast, I'm  thinking positive that I will also like it.  Great to hear you liked it, that's probably half the battle.
