Today i am going to Wonderland. I always hated going with my family. All i did was stand around holding every ones stuff. Well I have agreed to go on rides. Part of trying new things.

I am actually looking forward to the wave pool. that is the part I usually like

b. greek yogurt, granola, blueberries

s. granola bar

l. 2 turkey rollups with mayo, chocolate pudding

s almonds

d probably chicken but no idea

cal 729, fat 28 carb 56, prot 67

I will add more food later

Over 10,000 steps and 6km yesterday.

Four and a half weeks out.

Convalescing and napping, getting better after the injury.

B 1/3 c ricotta and blueberries w vanilla and splenda

L 1/2 c chocolate pudding w pro powder

S 1/2 c canned salmon w miracle whip light

D 1/4 c refried beans w 1 Tbsp each of guac/salsa/sour cream/cheddar mixed w pro powder and 4 melba toast

S 1/4 c bran buds w 1/2 cup milk
