RNY, 10.5 months post-op

Good evening, everyone!  I had a busy day of training again today, so I'm late to post again. Was tracking through the day, though - thank goodness for apps!  Resisted many indulgences today - there was a great buffet at the conference, and I work for a chocolate company now so lots of it around too!

Going to take a break day from working out today - ran yesterday and have a 6 a.m. run planned for tomorrow.

Here's my eating plan for the day:

B - Greek yogurt, berries, syrup, skinny B cereal mixed together, premier protein bar

S - 2 pepperettes, some fruit from the breakfast buffet, 1 cheese string herb/garlic

L - 1 chicken skewer, tzatziki, some tabouleh and greek salad.

S - Veggies with 100 calorie pack of hummus

D - 1 egg, 1 salad with hemp hearts and balsalmic dressing, 2 Quest bars

S - SF jello with 1/4 cup blueberries, SF jello with PB

Totals - 1,850 calories, 142g carbs, 90g fat, 114g protein
