Carrageenan Gum

Prevention Magazine has an interesting article on Carrageenan Gum. I have know for quite some time that it gives me a similar reaction like dumping syndrome only last time I passed out from the pay and sweats.

One of the things it mentions in the article is that it can cause irritation and bleeding in the intestines.
