What are really miserable day. Sort of matches my mood!. Church this morning then off to Barrie for dinner with my husbands family. Nice people just would rather stay home. I always hate the drive up the 400.

I made pumpkin bread yesterday. I make one for me with artificial sweetener and protein powder. Turned out pretty good but next time less sweetner. The recipe only calls for 1/3 c of sugar so does not need a lot of sweetener. I will have to work out the stats for it. I am sure it will be under the treat category but at least it has a lot of protein in it.

b peameal bacon 2 eggs

l. cottage cheese and strawberries

s. 4 shrimp

d ham, veg, taste of pumpkin pie

s. not sure

So far cal 775, carb 48.7 prot 69.7

Beautiful fall day up here.  No Thanksgiving dinner at my place since nobody else is here.  Likely just go for a walk later maybe around the lake. 

 

B - 1/2 can tuna, 2 tbsp salsa, 1slice Canadian ancient grain bread

S - protein shake

L - 3/4 cup clam chowder with 1/2 cup shelled clams thrown in to up the protein

S - 1/2 can tuna, 2 tbsp salsa

D - 2 pork souvlaki skewers, 1/2 cup edamame

1032 calories 59 carbs 35 fat 116 protein

Good Morning, just put the turkey in the oven. Will just be having 7 for dinner so not too bad..

B- protein shake.

S- 1 oz cheese LF and some melon

L- Little tuna salad and 2 melba rounds ( going to try and put more fish in my diet , but i dont like it lol)

S- nothing

D- little turkey with gravy, coleslaw ,maybe couple table spoons of potatos and some veggies.

S- some protein shake if needed

Enjoy your day Pat. I am feeling not to good today due to the shingles I have. No thanksgiving dinner for us this year since none of the family could be here. I am cooking up some things for the week turkey meatloafs, speghetti squash pasta dish and going to make some apple crisp in wonton noodles.

Not sure what I will eat through out hte day haven't thought of it yet.

Good afternoon, leaving soon for my parents for the second turkey dinner of the weekend. Still sick but doing okay. No problem with the turkey dinner. Protein and veg.
