What are you eating/doing today (Monday)

Long day yesterday. I do not enjoy driving in the rain. But nice dinner and company. Today I cook and clean for my kids and their significant others. Must make time for a walk. It looks so nice out. I am listing a lot of food for dinner. I will not be able to eat all of it but maybe a spoon full of some things

b greek yogurt, granola, strawberries, banana bread

l. ham, silhouette yogurt

s, protein shake with almond milk

d turkey, gravy, acorn squash, salad, taste of pecan pies

s. tea

It is indeed a beautiful day.  Had the big dinner yesterday which for me was 3 oz spiral ham, 1/4 c peas and 2 Tbsps of pumpkin pie filling.

I haven't been posting/planning my menus much since going back to work but want to make it a priority.

B - 1/3 c ricotta w vanilla, splenda and 1/2 c raspberries; 1 oz of ham

First C-5k run walk! Yay! 

L - protein shake: scoop protein, 1/2 c milk, 4 frozen strawberries, 1/2 banana

S  - 1/4 c pumpkin seeds and source greek yogurt

D - maple/orange glazed salmon 3 oz, some kind of vegetable

S - 1 Tbsp PB 28, 1/2 apple

Just got back from a long walk. What a beautiful day! Been managing well with the holiday eating. Turkey, gravy and veg plus some fruit.
