Opti - Week 1 DONE!

Today marks the first day of my second week of Optifast. I have to say, I struggled with hunger some yesterday, but I think that's because I had my PATT appointment yesterday and was up early, went from 6:25 - 1 without a shake, etc. Today feels much better - like I'm back on track, I guess. :)

One week down, two to go! :)
