Other Abdominal Surgery
Hey there, I have a question. I'm not sure if you guys would know the answer, but hopefully my surgeon might.
It looks like my gallbladder might have to come out as it doesn't work.
I don't have a surgery date yet for the bypass, but I am wondering if having abdominal surgery soonish would affect how long I would have to wait to have the RNY or the Sleeve.

I had mine out out that same time as my RNY - a 2 for 1 :)
Talk to your surgeon about this if it is possible.

I definitely intend to, although my surgeon isn't the one who's on the bariatric team. I'd been having health problems all year that are finally identified. I don't know if they would do that, but I would like to avoid any delays in getting an RNY if at all possible.
I think the gallbladder's going to fall under 'not a choice, has to come out' lol
