how do you add the dates of orientation to the bottom of you name

referral Oct 2013,orientation Nov 25 2013, 1st surgeon Dr Huyan appt dec 10 2013, had blood work today dietitian Mar 10 8am ,social worker march 10 9 am,Nurse Clinican 10 am

It's called your "Signature" line. Go to the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of the page beside your screen name. Select "Settings" and then "Message Board". The Signature area should be there.

Thanks, I had tried and tried this before but it didn't work. I tried again, and Presto! it worked!

Referral Sept/13, changed centres to HRRH - Orientation Mar 24/14. Feb 5, 2015 - SURGERY!!!! HW 286.4 SW 264
