Are you referring to the runny nose that means it is time to stop eating?  That happens to me if I try to eat an extra bite of food.  I have been told it has to do with the vagus nerve being cut during surgery.

I get a runny nose when I am full. Or my other "full" signal is a hiccup, only one.

Yes I get the runny nose "syndrome" and I know its time to stop eating. And like the other poster said I also have had little hiccups that tells me I am done.  I think its pretty common.  And I am 3 weeks post op.

Yes I had a very funny nose after surgery for some time. Now it is usually only when I am full. Also a couple of hiccups when I have eaten enough.

I get a hiccup and I am only two days out...only when drinking water obviously - personally I hope it sticks around.
