10 week stall. Suggestions needed pls

Hello

i am just over 10 weeks out and have list 65 lbs since starting opti March 17 th

i have had a few mini stalls but not one that has lasted this long, just over a week

i am not sure if I am eating enough calories or too little. I am aiming for 600 cal a day. 

And walk approx 3 k a day ....

Any suggestions?

Also is 70 lbs since March 17 roughly normal? I still have about 80 lb more to loose

Just keep following thte plan, not sure about the calorie numbers at the moment, just make sure you are getting enough protein in.  But following the plan will keep you going in the right direction.
