Broth

I'm starting to clear out my cupboards and prepare for the Opti and post-surgery diet.  I don't normally eat broth and am wondering if anyone can recommend some brands they like.  I'm not a fan of very salty foods.

I bought the sodium reduced Campbell's that comes in a carton.

Good luck! Opti isn't bad at all (after the first few days)!

You can also go to a Bulk barn and purchase a small variety of broths there if you want changes, just make sure there is no noodles in it and no cream soups. The clerks are very helpful if you have questions.

As for Optifast both are preety good but taste even better with a drop of flavor in them, Vanilla was  great with coconut food flavor, and choclate had a varity to make it taste good, banana food flavor was my favorite. Almost done here and surgery in 5 days.
