I survived my first day lol. I really like the vanilla, not keen on the chocolate and I really hate jello . Broth made everything better yesterday. During the day was fine the night was really a struggle especially supper time it smelled so good. Then when hubby and I were watching tv I wanted to snack. Love having PVR and no food commercials to deal with. I remember after rny surgery I cried at every KFC commercial good times.

LOL. I forgot what it was like to watch TV during Opti. I cried for two nights during it. I'm glad I wasn't on it long....although everyone says it gets better after so many days.

Keep it up! I know it can be tough. I hated the commercials during Opti, all reminders of food just aren't helpful.

Oddly enough I watched non-stop Food Network after my surgery. It didn't bother me at all.

I am a self-admitted Food Network junkie. What's funny is that I see all of the glorious food and immediately figure out the protein count in my head and how I could make it fit into my daily menu. lol
