Wow, size 4 and wearing a small! That's incredible isn't it pal! We couldn't picture that preop could we!

Its all possible, but we must do our best to stick to it and shut out the head hunger, that creaps back but we can do this!

That's fabulous news! And I couldn't agree more...I'm only 8 weeks post op, but as I said to someone the other day...it feels like they took my consciousness and put it into another body. One that doesn't focus solely on food and can enjoy other things without thinking about the next bite. I still have the occasional head hunger too, but less frequently for sure. Folks just going for surgery or recovering from surgery, remember stories like these :)

17 Months!! Wow Krista you have been my inspiration all through my process and now I'm 14 months post op and I still get inspired by you and your inner strength and how hugely successful you have made this tool!! Still my inspiration.

I live the same knowing and planning everything that goes into my mouth. For me though I have to say my life is still centered around food, differently now, no more how much can I eat and how fast can I get it in, but whats best for my body and am I eating it slowly enough .
