SPECIAL MEETING: York Region/GTA Support Group, Sunday 6/28/15 @ 2:30

Hello everyone,

The York Region/GTA support group is very fortunate to be hosting Dr. Donna Akman this Sunday. She is a Psychologist with the Centre for Addiction & Mental Health in Toronto and she is also a staff & Committee member for the University of Toronto, Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Akman will be talking to us about body image issues. This topic is very important in helping us to understand the issues we struggle with before, during & after weight-loss surgery.

I hope we see a good turn out for this great speaker. As you know, support is so important to making the most of this tool we have been given. Please take the time to come out.
