Today is a day to celebrate 
LOVE and LOVE is a wonderful thing !!!
Give a big squeeze to your spouse, your mom, your kid, your friend, your dog - whoever it is in your life that makes your days brighter.
Loving yourself is unfortunately always harder than loving someone else. Be proud that you are on this journey and making changes FOR YOU, so dont forget to give yourself a big hug this year.

Loverly! My parents were married on Valentine's shortly after WWII, I spent 1990 Valentine's in ICU with heart trouble while losing 20 lb a month on that still available diet you see in commercials. Didn't love that! So this day means many things to me - but I do love the fun of the day! Ate a couple of pieces of dark chocolate with orange yesterday and have some lovely glads in a vase.
