Ravioli Question

For dinner the family had raviolis in meat sauce. I had 1 ounce of the ravioli filling, 1 ounce of lean ground beef and maybe a tablespoon or less of tomato sauce. My question is, how should I log the filling?

It was Pasta Romana Cheese and Spinach Ravioli. I'm thinking either just use ricotta cheese or 1 oz of eggfaces baked ricotta. I know neither one will be 100 percent accurate but which do you think would be better to use in my food log? THanks :)

 I would just log one ounce of ricotta, one ounce of ground beef and one tablespoon of tomato sauce.  Good for you weighing portions and resisting the pasta.

Sounds yummy! I would log as a custom recipe in MFP to get the total count. You can use this later as well if you make the recipe again.
