Bariatric Advantage Doesn't ship to Canada?

So the Canadian site only has the 250mg chews, not the 500. SHoppers at TWH also only had the 250mg. If I take 2 at a time thats 500mg of calcium, but only 250 of D3, is that enough?

I took 2 a day, 3x a day until my first two packages were empty and then I switched to pills.  My 3 month labs were fine.

You will need 2 chews 3xday. BA also sells chewable calcium tablets. I like the wild cherry. They come in 500 mg so only 3 day. Yes D3 is fine
