Heading out on my first vacay since surgery.  Anybody have good travel tips to help me stay on track?

I already ordered a week's worth of protein shakes and had them delivered to the place we're staying so

I know I can at least start my day the right way :-)

Eat protein first, as much lean as you can, easy on the drinks. :)

Most of all - HAVE A GOOD TIME AND HAVE FUN!

Not sure where you are headed ......but just remember fun doesnt equal food and you can still have a great time staying on track.  You can usually find suitable food anywhere.  I have been on several all inclusives,  a cruise, and a few trips I had to buy every meal and was able to maintain, and in most cases lose a bit while away.

I really fear seeing an increase coming home as I am one who weighs myself daily.  For this reason I really try to keep the "off limit" items to a minimum...alcohol included.   I also get right back to routine the second I get home, but avoid the scale for 2 days.  That seems to be a good amt of time to re coop from flying, retaining, and getting the bowel situation moving again.
