I know it's can be discouraging but the dietician and social workers are all there to help.  I know that I "studied" for my dietician and to be honest I found her a bit intimidating, I created a cheat sheet for myself to remember how much water, vits, kinds of food/phases post op.  I was glad in the end because I actually felt prepared.  I even created a few "sample menus" of what I would eat post op.

I know that during the process i couldn't wait to be done, but i realize now that I got my last approval, I'm waiting anyway due to the backlog.  The point is...you'll get there.  It may not be as fast as you want...but you will get there...keep your chin up!  Get back in the saddle, make the changes they've asked for, walk in with confidence.  It'll happen.

Oh and give yourself a hug!! No one is perfect and don't let anyone tell you otherwise!  We're all doing the best we can.
