I found this great pictogram of how much stuff weighs. Sometimes thinking of our loss (or goals) in terms of how much things weigh, vs just how many pounds, can be a motivator.

Like for me, realizing I lost more than how much my dog weighs is incredible... even though I still can't see it on myself yet. The visual representation really helps me!!
