What are you doing/eating Thursday

Hello everyone

my period started yesterday which completely explains my sugar/carb problem this week. I cancelled my travel plans today due to the weather forecast so I am working from home today. My theme today is back to basics and keep it simple

exercise: 35 mins on elliptical

breakfast: protein shake and Greek yogurt

snack: pudding

lunch: leek soup

snack: Greek yogurt

snack: protein drink

dinner: leek soup

snack: frozen yogurt bar

it is plain eating today for me. Trying to let my pouch settle from a difficult week of eating. I keep snacking outside of the plan I set for myself. So, new month, new challenge and reset.

Good morning :)

I took the puppies out for a nice walk yesterday, the weather was so lovely. I can't believe the change today. I might try to go to the store before the storm starts. I still have a few things to do around here. I would love to get the spare bedroom cleaned out soon.

Post-op two years, eleven months.

Breakfast - protein bar

Snack - cheese sandwich

Lunch - chicken and rice

Snack - yogurt and banana

Dinner - chicken and veg

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.
