Add decaf coffee crystals and lots of ice. It helps to cut the sweetness. Congratulations on getting a date.

Good Luck. We're all moving over to make room for you on the Loser's Bench.

As for the Opti, drink it real cold.

Congratulations! I did my Opti with 2 cups cold water, 3 ice cubes, tsp instant decaf coffee, and a bit of Torani SF syrup, usually Black Cherry or Salted Caramel. Whirred it all up in a blender. Delicious! From what I gather, drinking it ice cold and mixing in a blender are important, otherwise it can it taste not so great.

For me the big thing was adding the decaf coffee and making it super cold (i'd blend in ice)

When I was at work and couldn't blend I would get it as cold as possible then add some extracts for flavouring. My fave was banana (w chocolate optifast)
