Hi everybody.  I just had an appt. with Dr. Starr the otherday and was told I was a good candidate for an ryn.  Just curious if anyone remembers the death rate.  I thought the doctor said 1 in every 200 but my husband thought he said 2 in every 100.Was also told by Dr. Starr that if I was lucky I would be looking at 3 to 6 months to the actual procedure.  Thank you kindly

Thank you so much for your reply, it helps alot to get info from others, it makes the journey less scarry.  What happened to your friend that caused complications and what is the pros and cons with both procedures that he does??  thanks, Tammy

I will be going to see Dr Starr tomorrow and I am curious as to what procedures he does and also what other procedures are available in the southern Ont area.  Also, what have the wait times with him been like from first appt to actual procedure?  Thanks in advance
