Blueberry Muffins
Pam - I did some experimenting this weekend and came up with this.... didn't try yours I am sure they are delish though!
This is the one my mom has always used but modified a bit for us, I used the fage yogurt for extra protein (and I used the whole 7oz instead of the 6oz the recipe calls for) I also used 1teaspoon of almosd extract and 1/4 cup of pecans.
Bake 350 degrees about 20 minutes
greased muffin tin.
Mix all ingredients just until combined, do not over mix muffins will get tough
Number of Servings: 18

| 2/3c milk 1 egg 1t vanilla 4T margarine(melted) 6oz yogurt zest of a lemon 1C Splenda 2C flour 2t baking powder 1/2t baking soda 1 cup blueberries |
