sticking to the basics - monday
Ok - here's the plan, and I'm sticking to it!
B: Matrix shake with strawberries and bananas
S: Activia yogurt with muesli
L: Salmon burger with low-fat spicy mayo over romaine
S: Apple and a cheese stick
D: Chicken breast with white wine, tomatoes and spinach and provolone
S: 1/2 cup cheerios (if I get snacky in class)

1: Unjury Choc Protein shake (during my 2 hour drive to work (Yardley to West Chester ) UGH!
2: Yogurt w/ Berries (my 1% blend of Fage)
3: Chicken "Parm" (grilled chix / sauce & mozz)
4: strawberries & ricotta cheese (I'm so hooked on this combo)
5: 2 slices Roast beast & a 1/2 slice provolone
(I might have had the RB on protein bread if the double batch I made didn't come out like little brown friggin crackers last night - I have thrown out 50% of the batches I have made.. Liz - you would NOT be proud! I used to bake over 2000 cookies at christmas flawlessly and I cannot master this damn bread! - There - I got that off my chest)
Am heading out of work for home now - I certainly hope it will only take me an hour..
