I scream, you scream....

I have used Karen's Sparkpeople recipe for strawberry ice cream several times and LOVE it.

Go to Sparkpeople.com and click on Sparkrecipes. Do a search for sugar free ice cream (or strawberry ice cream) and you'll find it.

I froze strawberries a couple of weeks ago (fresh ones!) and this is SOOOO  delicious I would serve it to ANYONE!!!

I have only tried a protein ice cream once and got "so so" results, partly because I overdosed it with SF syrup. Still have to try again on that.

I just got an ice cream maker this week... and it had a super easy recipe and it worked!!

1 box of instant pudding (i used sf cheesecake)

3 cups of milk

blend in a blender and then pour into the ice cream maker... churn for 20 mins... it was awesome... came out like soft serve!!!

They used chocolate in the recipe... but super easy and then you could just add unflavored protein powder to make it a great and simple ice cream!
