Login Problem on Realize

I had my first appointment last week and I got my surgeon's ID letter.  I am trying to login, but I can't get past the first step.  I read and accept the information, but at the bottom of the page there is not an arrow or anything to go to step 2.  I tried just hitting enter, but that didn't work.

Has anyone else had this problem?  Any suggestions?

Hi, I had the same problem I thought it was me or my computer.  I was going to send something to the website to see what's going on.  Just haven't had time.  I believe it is the Relize site.  It probably works better when you get your own number after surgery.

i had the realize band 7 weeks ago today and you have to have both the numbers to actually enjoy the site,i didn;t really go into it until i had the surgery. i luv that site!
