trying to get my ticker to work

hey Im just doing this to see if my ticker worked.  If not how do I get it to show up right?

well it didnt work can someone help me?

where do you paste it to

in your signature under settings and message board

I've seen people here say you need to cut and paste the actual ticker, don't use the address they give you.
