Hello everyone--I was the paranoid one--worried that I hadn't loss anything, then I found out I had actually lost 25 pounds--Today should be the date I weigh myself again--I wouldn't be surprised if I lost ANOTHER 25. Anyway--last week--they moved me to the next stage (pureed foods) and i was ECSTATIC when they said I could have tuna--only thing is, it's SO bland!! (or maybe boring is a better word) Can we have relish so early out? I've heard that you can add mustard for a little "zing" but i'm not to sure about that--so, whaddaya think? is relish okay?

Michael; I told you you'd lost weight! I'd stay away from sweet relish, but you could probably add some dill relish. Make sure you chew really well. I'm still not allowed any fruit or vegetable skin or peel. Blessings, Jennifer 253 / 175 / 137

Hi! I would not use the relish. I just had surgery on April 19th and no expert but I made the mistake of eating a little relish and I got really sick. I know everyone is different but I would not try relish so soon. Congrats on being two weeks post op!
