dumb question from a newbie

When we reply to you it automatically sends you an email to let you know there was a reply If the reply is long the email will only contain part so you have to come here to read the rest!

If I get a reply message in my email I just wait until it's convenient to go to the message board . If there are several brief replies , I may say thank you all for replying ... & comment on the subject matter , or not . If I get a real Email (with someones email address) I always email them back .
