NutriSystem Food after RNY?

I have not had my surgery yet, but am thinking ahead... I have tons of leftover NutriSystem meals.  Has anyone ever eaten these tiny proportioned, low-fat meals after WLS?  I ended up quitting NS because I was always hungry, but I would think after my RNY (when I go to solids) these tiny meals would be perfect.  Any input?

I've never seen an NS meal. What you think is tiny now will likely prove to be to much after surgery. I wouldn't see why you couldn't eat them. You need to watch fat and carb intake but you would think that NS would bewatching the same things. Just read the labels to make sure.

I have. For a while any of the meat in them gave me problems, it all got stuck (regular meat was fine, was just theirs, lol) but after about 7 months I was fine and I can eat them and Lean Cuisines now. I would hang onto them. :-) They may still be too much food for you early on, but I can eat a whole one now.

Thanks, Rebeka.  Your profile is amazing, and FUNNY!  You look fantastic, and I honestly laughed out loud when I read about Chubakkah (sp?) living in your house -hehehe .   Well, I'll hang on to those nasty little meals.  Ok, there are a few of them I liked, but not much.  I can't wait for my journey to begin!!
